Your home is your castle – so make it look good
If you prefer to do your own painting and decorating but don't know where to start or perhaps never feel that you quite achieve that professional look that you were striving for, Mrs Paintbrush offers home workshops on interior decoration. These give you the chance to learn the skills you will need to decorate your own home. In a tailored and individual workshop which will be held in the security of your own home, Ady will teach you all you need to know to decorate your room to a professional standard.
In the current climate where some people have found that they cannot move home, many have decided instead to improve their own home and show off what they already have. This can be a daunting challenge, but we have found that some do not like the idea of a decorator coming in to their home to complete the work. Others would rather save money and do it themselves, but have maybe never been shown how to decorate properly or have never tackled the trickier jobs like wallpapering.
So why not take up this opportunity to learn the techniques required to produce a long lasting finish to your room - skills that you can use over and over again to decorate the rest of your home?. Over the course of the 1-day workshop Ady will take you through all the steps – from the preparation, to using specific materials and equipment, to the finishing touches. By the end of the day you will have the skills and confidence to carry out and achieve better decorating results for yourself.
